Stretch Cleaning and Restoration came out very quickly once we discovered that we had a leak. They explained everything and got right to work to remove the damaged flooring and dry everything out. They were professional and worked well with our home owners insurance company. I would highly recommend them for any water damage restoration.
Stretch came to my rescue when a small pipe developed a leak and caused some water damage. They came within hours (after the plumber fixed it) and started the drying process. Fast, efficient with great advice and such nice people. Highly recommend them.

Kevin Stretch and his team are phenomenal!! We had a major washing machine flood and after we panicked and started cleaning up what we could we called Stretch Cleaning and Restoration. We contacted Stretch for upholstery and step carpet cleaning. I remembered that Stretch does fire restoration, so I had the idea to ask about having our fireplace cleaned. The wood and brick is original from 1942 when the house was built. So excited to have the years of soot removed!

I can’t say enough good things about Stretch Restoration. I am so glad I chose them! They were at my house within an hour of calling to start remediation on a major water leak. They worked tirelessly for almost 3 months removing all the damage. They kept me informed all along and gave me wonderful advice on people to call to help with other things related to insurance, mold testing, adjusting the claim, rebuilding, etc. all the employees I met with were very compassionate and caring. As a widow, dealing with this alone, I needed all the help I could get! Everyone I dealt with was wonderful to me! I hope I never, ever have to deal with such damage again but if so, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Stretch again!

I hired Stretch Cleaning for the remediation of my crawlspace caused by a sewer pipe collapse. I dealt with Kevin Stretch directly. He coordinated with the plumbers and assisted me with my decision whether to file an insurance claim. He was very professional, courteous, accessible, and in general, was a pleasure to do business with. James, the actual remediator, was speedy, cordial, and professional. He also cleaned out my gutters and took care not to disturb a wrens nest in a nearby tree, which was most appreciated. I would definitely recommend Stretch cleaning for any cleaning and remediation service.
